The Bedford 55-2641 is a 10-pack of PTFE (Teflon) o-rings supplied as a direct-fit replacement for Graco 244890. PTFE o-rings deliver broad chemical resistance, low compression set under repeated pressure cycles, and a stable seal at fluid passages in high-pressure spray equipment.
Graco airless and plural-component equipment runs these seals at pressures where any loss of seal integrity shows up immediately as a leak or pressure drop.
Common reasons these o-rings are replaced:
- Inspection finds shiny wear band or distortion on the o-ring face
- Routine packing-set service where the o-rings are replaced as a kit
- Fluid leaking at fittings, swivels, or gun manifolds during spraying
- Pressure loss caused by a swollen, extruded, or compressed o-ring
