Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send the package back to our main distribution center at the address provided in your RMA.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be dispatched within 5 business days.
