The Bedford 55-3123 is a 6-pack of solvent-resistant o-rings supplied as a direct-fit replacement for Graco 256773. These seals are specified for fluid passages where the o-ring must resist swelling and degradation from solvents, catalysts, and 2K materials while maintaining a leak-free seal between sprayer components.
Graco airless and plural-component equipment runs these seals at pressures where any loss of seal integrity shows up immediately as a leak or pressure drop.
Common reasons these o-rings are replaced:
- Inspection during 2K or plural-component equipment overhaul
- Fluid leaking at swivel joints, filter housings, or manifold fittings
- Bypass at the seal causing pressure drop or inconsistent material flow
