The Story
The Bedford 14-3355 is a direct-fit replacement for the Wagner 0291564 manifold filter. A 20-mesh screen provides moderate filtration suited for heavy coatings and primers where flow volume is a priority. This filter is installed downstream of the pump manifold to remove particles before they reach the spray gun and tip.
Common reasons this filter is replaced:
- Restricted flow through the manifold causing pressure drop at the gun
- Visible contamination or particle buildup in the filter element
- Damaged or deformed screen from aggressive cleaning or wear
- Routine filter replacement during scheduled sprayer maintenance
