The Story
The Bedford 29-3160 is a direct-fit replacement for the Graco 24B156 heavy-duty prime valve, a three-way ball valve for prime, fast-flush, and spray on Graco Ultra and UltraMax II 695/795/1095/1595 and TexSpray Mark IV, V, and X sprayers. It replaces the earlier Graco 24A381 and takes the daily wear of switching a high-pressure pump between priming and spraying.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Pump difficult to prime or slow to build pressure
- Fluid leaking past the valve during spraying
- Handle stiff or worn between prime and spray positions
- Scheduled replacement on high-hour rental or contractor units
