The Story
The Bedford 29-3866 is a direct-fit replacement for the Graco 255149 drain valve for the isocyanate (ISO) side of Graco plural-component reactor systems. The ISO side is chemically demanding and moisture-sensitive, so this valve is built for that service and relieves fluid pressure to prime and depressurize the system.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Fluid leaking past the valve seat when closed
- Valve binding from crystallized or cured ISO material
- Pressure not relieving properly during priming
- Scheduled service on plural-component reactor equipment
