The Story
The Bedford 14-2098 is a direct-fit replacement for the Titan 73006710 outlet filter. This filter is installed downstream of the pump manifold on Titan 660ex, 690gx, Pro 690 sprayers to remove particles before they reach the spray gun and tip.
Common reasons this filter is replaced:
- Restricted paint flow due to accumulated debris in the filter element
- Visible contamination or particle buildup reducing spray pattern quality
- Damaged or deformed mesh from cleaning or extended use
- Scheduled filter replacement during routine sprayer maintenance
