The Bedford 14-674 is a direct-fit replacement for the Binks 4110094 inlet strainer. This 3/4-inch NPT threaded strainer mounts at the suction intake of the pump and prevents large debris, dried paint chips, and contaminants from entering the fluid system and damaging internal pump components.
Common reasons this strainer is replaced:
- Restricted suction flow caused by accumulated debris blocking the mesh screen
- Cracked or damaged strainer housing from impact or overtightening
