The Bedford 55-2458 is a 25-pack of tip filters supplied as a direct-fit replacement for Graco 238564. Tip filters seat in the gun's tip housing and provide a final straining stage just upstream of the spray tip, preventing partial clogs that cause tails and fingering.
On Graco airless equipment, a clogged or damaged gun/tip filter typically shows up as pressure spikes, an irregular spray pattern, or a partial tip blockage during the job.
Common reasons these filters are replaced:
