The Story
The Bedford 14-2829 is a direct-fit replacement for the Graco 288747 outlet filter. A 40-mesh screen provides medium-coarse filtration suitable for standard paints and primers where some particle removal is needed without restricting flow. This filter is installed downstream of the pump manifold to remove particles before they reach the spray gun and tip.
Common reasons this filter is replaced:
- Restricted paint flow due to accumulated debris in the filter element
- Visible contamination or particle buildup reducing spray pattern quality
