The Story
The Bedford 14-2101 is a direct-fit replacement for the Titan 761043 outlet filter. A 60-mesh screen has 60 openings per linear inch, providing standard filtration well suited for latex paints and primers. This filter is installed downstream of the pump manifold to remove particles before they reach the spray gun and tip.
Common reasons this filter is replaced:
- Restricted paint flow due to accumulated debris in the filter element
- Visible contamination or particle buildup reducing spray pattern quality
- Damaged or deformed mesh from cleaning or extended use
- Scheduled filter replacement during routine sprayer maintenance
